Teen Leader
Join Us for Our Vacation Learning Clinics
We’re looking for enthusiastic teen volunteers to assist our staff during our fun and educational vacation clinics!
As a teen leader, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with animals, nature, and children in a supportive, inspiring environment.
We take the time to get to know each volunteer personally and we’re happy to write letters of
recommendation for those who show commitment and leadership.

Event Assistant
Help Bring Our On-Site Events to Life
We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to assist our team during special sanctuary events!
You’ll have the opportunity to work with animals and children, run entertainment booths, help decorate the farm, and set up engaging activities for our big community celebrations.

Whether you're passionate about animals, advocacy, or event planning we'd love to have you on the team!
General Farm and Barn Work
Typical volunteer activities include cleaning barns, enclosures, and coops. Additional duties may involve organizing supply areas, weeding, feeding animals, and other farm tasks.
While many of our animals may stop by to say hello during your shift, please note that not all tasks will involve direct animal interaction. Volunteering here is physical and hands-on—so come ready for a good workout and a fulfilling day of farm life!

Storm Preppers

Help Us Keep the Animals Safe
During Weather Emergencies
We’re building an on-call volunteer list to help us prepare for impending storms and severe weather events.
Storm Prep Volunteers assist with:

Bringing animals into their shelters

Feeding and checking on animals

Dressing animals in jackets/sweaters if needed

Securing outdoor equipment and supplies

Administering essential medications and pro/prebiotics
